RoadTech Products — Limited Warranty

Coverage
RoadTech Connect warrants genuine RoadTech products to be free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship for 1-year from date of original product purchase (whether alone or as installed on an RV).
What RoadTech Will Do
RoadTech Connect will repair or replace defective products free of charge. Replacements inherit the remainder of the original 1-year term. Returned items become RoadTech property.
Register Your Product (within 30 days)
To qualify for coverage, register within 30 days with proof of purchase.

(Failure to register does not void this warranty; however, proof of purchase is required to obtain service.)
What’s Not Covered
No coverage for damage or failure caused by improper installation, modification/unauthorized repair, use with incompatible systems, abuse/misuse, accidents, improper or insufficient maintenance, or non-covered use. No coverage for third-party components or RV components.
How to Get Service
- Email customerservice@roadtech.com for troubleshooting and, if needed, an RMA
- Follow RMA and shipping instructions
- Please allow up to 7 business days after delivery for testing and response
Important Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or conditions; in such cases, this limitation may not apply. You may have additional rights under applicable state, provincial, or territorial law. No incidental or consequential damages (e.g., towing, tire damage, loss of use).
California and Canada Residents: Any limitations on implied warranties or remedies apply only to the extent permitted by law in those jurisdictions.
